Executive Headshot Package Pricing

1h session | $300

This will include up to three looks, and three professionally hand-retouched images of your choice delivered in high resolution.

2h session | $400

This will include up to five looks, and six professionally hand-retouched images of your choice delivered in high resolution.

*Additional professionally edited images may be purchased for $50 each.

Photoshoot Process

  • On the day of the shoot, clients arrive at the studio or designated location. Any makeup and hair services arranged are completed before shooting and do not impact the session time.

  • The photographer will guide the client through poses and expressions to capture desired looks. Various backgrounds and outfit changes, as planned, will ensure a diverse selection of images.

  • On the day of the photoshoot, clients can view  proofs in an online gallery to select images for retouching. This process directly involves clients in the selection and ensures satisfaction with the initial results.

Retouching Process

  • Clients choose images from the session based on their purchased package, with additional images available for retouching at an extra cost.

  • Selected images are professionally retouched, with adjustments to color, brightness, and minor blemishes for an enhanced but natural appearance.

  • Retouched, watermark-free images are delivered in high resolution via an online gallery. Clients usually receive these images within 2 days after selection, with expedited delivery available upon request.

Terms & Conditions

  • Clients may either pay in full or make a non-refundable deposit of $150 by credit or debit card at booking. This deposit secures the session date and time, preventing other bookings for that slot. The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations.

    The deposit will be deducted from the final balance, which is due immediately after the session. We accept payments via cash, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.

    For sessions with extensive styling needs, a higher deposit may apply. By booking, clients grant Peter Kingma Media permission to use retouched images for commercial purposes.

  • Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

  • Our natural retouching approach enhances appearances while preserving authentic features. We pay particular attention to skin tones, presentation and achieving a natural yet polished and professional result that you can display with pride.

    We focus on natural enhancements for studio and location shoots and do not specialize in heavy alterations or composite images. 

  • Group session clients are required to sign a contract and submit a 50% deposit to secure booking. The balance is due within 30 days post-session, payable via credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or company check.
